“It’s early days” means it is still too soon to make a clear judgment because something has only just started.
“It’s early days” is used to say that a situation, project, relationship, or plan is still at a very early stage. Because not much has happened yet, you cannot know the final result or make confident predictions. It often suggests waiting for more information or progress before deciding.
